Hello! My name is Bethany. Like most of the female gender, I wear many hats: wife, mother, homeschool teacher, pastor's wife and doula. I love reading, thrifting and connecting with people in my community wherever that may be. I am passionate about many things: natural childbirth, cloth diapering, parenting, good design, great deals and the church overseas to name a few.
I love my friends deeply, I call my sisters WAY too many times in one 24 hour period and I like to throw my elbows around when I'm being silly. 10 years ago, if you were to show me a commercial for my current life, I would have punched you in the face. BUT, God is so good. He directs our paths and puts us right where we need to be. I love my life!!!
These two boys keep me pretty busy.
I married the love of my life in 2005.
After 2 years in Seattle, we spent another two years in Malawi.
Elijah was born in 2008 and we began our parenting journey in Africa.
Last June, we drove 4,000+ miles to the great North West, all while growing our little girl.
Ruthie Mae Reiné Robbins joined our family on November 3rd, 2013.
Bellingham Washington is our home for the next chapter of our family life.
Although we love it here, we're wanderers by nature. We feel called to bring theological education to many parts of the world. I know this isn't our last stop on the map and I look forward to many more adventures in this world.
